Do you have questions about The Appliance Service Network? Check out the answers to some of the questions people often ask us.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

  • We accept Debit, Mastercard, and Visa and payment is due at the time of service.

  • Do you provide “free” estimates?

  • We do not provide “free” estimates. A flat service call fee is charged for a technician to attend your location – you will be given this amount when you call to arrange for service. This fee, in most cases, covers the estimate.

  • Do you provide service in the evening and on weekends?

  • We make every attempt to provide service during a normal work day ie. Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. We will within reason, however, try to work with you to arrange a suitable time for service.

  • Do you sell parts?

  • No not on their own. We sell parts only as part of the repair job.

  • What do you charge for a service call?

  • We charge a flat fee for coming out to your location which varies depending on the geographic area. This fee includes the first 10 minutes which usually covers the diagnostic time. Our technicians will then advise you of the approximate cost of the parts and labour involved for the repair

  • What geographic areas do you service?

  • We service the east side of the GTA from Yonge Street to Whitby and our northern office provides service to the Minden/Haliburton/Dorset triangle.

  • What appliance brands do you service?

  • We service most brands of major appliances. We do not service gas stoves nor do we service microwave ovens.
